In December, we will be launching a new look for the future:
Dornier Hinneburg GmbH becomes Hinneburg GmbH – A Bureau Veritas Company.
This step allows us to show the outside world what has already developed internally: since September, we have been part of the Bureau Veritas family – and thus part of a leading global company for testing, inspection and certification. Our new name combines our roots with this international strength.
In short: we remain Hinneburg. Only stronger.

On the one hand, the name is based on our origins and, on the other, it reflects our affiliation with the Bureau Veritas Group. This makes it clear that we have become part of a global network – without losing our own strengths.
Yes. Your existing contacts, teams and communication channels will remain completely intact.
No. All contracts remain legally valid. No further action is required on your part.
None. We are continuing all projects as usual – with the same teams and the same professional quality.
Our core offering remains unchanged. At the same time, we are expanding our portfolio with the expertise of Bureau Veritas, particularly in the international arena.
The billing address and our bank details remain unchanged at this time.

For our suppliers, nothing will change organisationally for the time being. Existing processes, purchasing channels and contact persons will remain the same. The change of name is primarily for external presentation purposes.
Yes, we are gradually introducing new email addresses. However, the previous addresses will remain accessible for a transitional period so that no communication is lost.
No. We remain an independently managed company within the Bureau Veritas Group.
Yes. Our corporate culture will remain unchanged – complemented by international development opportunities created by Bureau Veritas.
Applicants benefit from more prospects, clear development paths and international projects. All applications can be submitted as usual – under the new company name.
The new name Hinneburg GmbH will become legally effective on 18 December 2025.
